A korábbi Sándor u. a mai Sín utca. A 3épület a mai 25-27-29-es számú házak, mindhárom épület áll. A fénykép az utca és a vasútállomás közti kis 10-20 méteres "erdő"sávból készült. Ez a terület az 1840-es évektől hutirai Lukácsy Sándor kertészetének széle volt. Ő volt a magyar faiskola rendszer kialakítója, a nép kertésze. A környező terület, az utcák beosztása és sok ház tájolása, elhelyezkedése pont a kertészet megszűntével annak felosztása és beépítése miatt olyan amilyen. A vasút és a fő utca közötti levő utcák voltak Öregpalota után a község második része, az ún. nyaraló negyed. Sokan építettek itt maguknak csinos kis villát a nyárra, vagy hétvégére az 1880-as évektől kezdődően.
